1. Terms & Conditions of Reservation
By booking a stay at Puerta del Cielo, guests agree to the following terms:

Payment & Confirmation: To confirm any reservation, a prepayment (deposit) is required. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Check-in & Check-out: * Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Check-out: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Occupancy: Children of all ages are welcome. Please ensure the total number of guests (including children and their ages) is accurately reported during booking to ensure correct pricing and room capacity.

Pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.

2. House Rules & Guest Amenities
We want you to enjoy the magic of the ocean. Please observe the following guidelines:

Common Areas & Beach Amenities All guests enjoy full access to our shared beachfront facilities:

Beachfront Palapa: Equipped with wooden tables and chairs, featuring soft ambient lighting in the evenings.

Swimming Pool: Located just 15 steps from the ocean.

Beach Lounge: Use of beach lounge chairs and our signature King-sized daybed on the sand.

Connectivity: High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and on the beach, supported by three strategically placed routers for maximum coverage.

Complimentary Equipment We provide complimentary use of the following (subject to availability): Kayaks, Stand-up paddleboards (SUP), Surfboards, and Boogie boards.

Disclaimer: Use of water sports equipment is at the guest's own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries sustained during use.

General Conduct

AUDIO & MUSIC POLICY (STRICT): To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, the use of external music speakers of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property (including common areas, pool, and balconies). Music may ONLY be played through personal phones or the provided in-room televisions at a moderate volume.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or common areas during their stay.

3. Privacy Policy (Summary)
Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, ID, and payment info) solely to process your booking and provide our services.

Data Usage: Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or for payment processing.

Security: We utilize industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
